Jollibee Chicago: A Fast Food Experience Filled with Joy

The location’s very clean. The staff are great. Greets you with such joy to which is a true testament of what “Jolly” Jollibee is. Andre specifically entertained / chatted with us while we wait for our food and he is so professional. Thank you for such an amazing customer experience.

Everyone working there today should get a raise. I've worked in this industry and the volume they handle was something I've never seen from my local Jollibee. An amazing crew, give them grace if the wait is long, the food was fresh and hot and excellent for fast food....even if it took me an hour to get from standing in line and waiting for my food. Patience isn't something people have for fast food, so props to the team. Give them their flowers for a job that many aren't thankful for. Great job, corporate, do what u can to make it easier for this hardworking team, they deserve it.

Just know you have an INCREDIBLE employee in Coffey. This is specifically at the Chicago location on Michigan Ave. His customer service is some of the best I’ve ever seen. I came in right at closing when it was incredibly busy. Not only did he remember every individual order of almost 20 people, but he also successfully managed a wait time of 40 minutes for most orders, with no complaints. Everyone was more than happy to wait for their order because he made every customer feel seen when they asked after their items. I don’t know if he’s already the manger, but he should be. Honestly, he should be working in fine dining with those management skills, so you should feel lucky while you have him. He absolutely knew how to manage a situation and customer’s expectations. If you have not already, give him a promotion and then some.

They were VERY busy however they maintained professionalism and got out orders in a an expeditious fashion! The cashier (Coffee) definitely should be praised and recognized for his outstanding customer service! Great job and a pleasant experience

The Aloha Burger was quite good! Excellent quality compared to even established Burger restaurants! However, I go especially for the spaghetti , which never disappoints. My friends in the Philippines, says the sauce looks more creamy here. Expect a wait, though, of about 20 minutes. But, it is downtown. The suburban location have a more realistic FAST food wait.

This chicken is amazing, juicy spicy chicken sandwich with fresh jalapeno slices. Chicago Location on South Michigan, great experience, great food and friendly staff.

Man the food and customer service was exceptional! . My family and I traveled from Columbus Ohio and was introduced to this place and they did not disappoint! Looking forward to making this first stop every time we come to Chicago! Special thanks to a gentleman named Andre and the other gentle man in the front (I forgot to get his name). All staff were courteous but these two made me enjoy my experience even more! Keep up the good work guys!

There was no line, but it was a bit of a wait to get my food even though I went at 3pm on a Thursday afternoon. Got a spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken patty was so crispy and so delicious. For 6, it was certainly worth the wait.
